Representative Experience
Mr. Kaplan concentrates on real estate development, financing,
acquisition and sale, leasing and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Mr. Kaplan's clients include landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
He also represents a broad range of clients in the real estate, financing
and service fields including banks, mortgage lenders, real estate
brokers, title insurance companies, escrow companies and real estate
developers and investors. In addition, Mr. Kaplan guides clients
through the formation of corporations, limited liability companies
and partnerships in connection with real estate and/or business
acquisitions and any subsequent corporate maintenance related to
those entities.
Academic Background
Mr. Kaplan received his JD from Loyola Law School where he was a member of the Loyola International Law Journal and his BS from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Interests
Mr. Kaplan is a PADI scuba instructor and an avid snowboarder.
