Representative Experience
Rich Arshonsky represents individuals and public and privately-held entities, including institutional and private lenders, title insurers, escrow companies, developers and individuals in a variety of real property litigation matters, including deeds of trust and other secured transactions, purchase and sale disputes, escrow disputes, title insurance, easements, encroachments, boundary disputes, foreclosure, loan servicing, unlawful detainer and interpleader actions. Mr. Arshonsky has represented many individuals and businesses in litigation involving contract and other business disputes.
In 2007, Mr. Arshonsky was recognized in the "40 Under 40" edition
of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. In 2007, 2009 and 2010,
Mr. Arshonsky was voted a "Super Lawyer" by Los Angeles Magazine.
Professional Affiliations
Mr. Arshonsky is a member of the California State Bar,
Nevada State Bar and the Real Estate Section and Title Insurance
Subsection of the Los Angeles County Bar.
Community Activities
Mr. Arshonsky was President of Congregation Or Emet in
Valencia from 2007 – 2010. He has been on the Nation
Council of the YMCA, Y Guides Program, and was a volunteer
teacher of art appreciation at his children's elementary school.
Academic Background
Mr. Arshonsky received his JD from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of Loyola Law Review and his Bachelor of Music/Business from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
Interests
Mr. Arshonsky enjoys spending time with his wife and two
children, playing and watching sports, including golf and
tennis. He is an avid Chicago sports fan, having been born
and raised there. He sings and play piano and has performed
professionally throughout his life, including currently with
a classic rock cover band.
