Representative Experience
Ms. Han's practice focuses on business law and employment law. Ms. Han has
experience in all stages of civil litigation in state and federal court, including extensive
law and motion practice and trial experience.
Ms. Han’s litigation experience includes representation of corporate clients and
individuals in a wide variety of civil actions including breach of contract, fraud, ERISA
matters, partnership disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and other commercial litigation
matters.
Ms. Han also has experience advising employers on compliance with state and federal
laws and regulations, and representing corporate clients as well as individuals in civil
actions involving wage and hour law, employment discrimination, and retaliation and
wrongful termination claims.
Academic Background
Ms. Han received her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, and her B.A. degree in political science, from the University of California, San Diego. While in law school, she
externed as a law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, the California Department of Justice and the Board of Equalization.
Interests
Ms. Han enjoys going to the beach, gardening and hiking.
