Mr. Lowery is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, focusing on employment-related disputes and general business litigation. He has handled large-scale, complex actions including multi-district litigation, class and collective actions, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (“PAGA”). Mr. Lowery is equally well-versed in California and Federal administrative proceedings and regularly handles claims for employers before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Mr. Lowery has also been successful defending class actions brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).
Mr. Lowery received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science – American Politics from UCLA in 2002. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2005.
