Richard I. Arshonsky
Over the course of his career, Mr. Arshonsky has represented a diverse client base, consisting of individuals and both public and privately-held entities, ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes litigation of matters involving real estate, business, commercial law, and trusts and wills. Specifically, Mr. Arshonsky has handled cases involving business and contract disputes, fraud, title insurance, secured transactions, purchase and lease disputes, ownership and easement issues, HOA issues, boundary disputes, commercial and residential unlawful detainers, and trust matters. Mr. Arshonsky also represents clients in real estate and business transactions, including purchase and lease transactions, and entity formation.
Mr. Arshonsky has tried many cases before a judge and jury, and has participated in several binding arbitrations. He considers trial to be his greatest strength as an attorney and has an extremely impressive track record in his results, both pre-trial and at trial.
Mr. Arshonsky enjoys playing and watching sports, including golf and tennis. He is an avid Chicago sports fan, having been born and raised there. He sings and plays piano and has performed professionally throughout his life, including currently with a classic rock cover band, TRAXX.
Mr. Arshonsky received his B.Mus. in Music/Business from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review.

In 2007, Mr. Arshonsky was recognized in the “40 Under 40” edition of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. In 2007, 2009, 2010, 2015, 2016 and 2017, Mr. Arshonsky was voted a “Super Lawyer” by Los Angeles Magazine.
Mr. Arshonsky is a member of the California State Bar, Nevada State Bar and the Real Estate Section and Title Insurance Subsections of the Los Angeles County Bar. In his community of Santa Clarita Valley, he served as President of Congregation Or Emet from 2007–2010. He also served on the National Council of the YMCA, Y Guides Program, and was a volunteer teacher of art appreciation at his children’s elementary school.
